3. Submit Exchange request

4. Product pickup

  • The product will be picked up only if it is found in original condition with tags and packaging

5. Return

  • Refund will be initiated after the product is picked by us
  • Shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted
  • No refund if the product is not in original condition with tags and packaging

6. Exchange

  • Exchanged product will be shipped after return pickup
  • Positive refund will be initiated once exchanged product is delivered
  • No return/exchange if product is not in original condition
